Korona Residential

A comprehensive project featuring an aerial survey and interactive presentation of the modern, premium-class residential complex "Korona Residential." We created a full package of visual materials for the sales office, including an interactive site map to maximize buyer engagement.

Aerial Surveying as a Key Real Estate Sales Driver

To successfully promote residential complexes, it is essential for developers to show buyers not just the walls of a house, but their entire future living space: secure inner courtyards, modern playgrounds, walking paths, and local infrastructure. The primary goal of the "Korona Residential" project was to create a visual sequence that helps clients connect with the complex from their very first visit to the website.
We conducted a series of low-altitude flights over the interior territory, capturing the high-quality landscaping, play zones for children, and cozy outdoor relaxation areas. These materials enable sales managers to clearly demonstrate an uncompromising level of comfort and security to future residents.

Emotional Promo Videos for Developers

UAV video capturing enables smooth, cinematic shots that simulate a human point of view. We filmed the recreation areas and swimming pools dynamically, emphasizing the comfort and high quality of the finishes. These clips become the core of the developer's advertising campaigns, engaging potential buyers through an emotional connection to a space where they will want to live, relax, and raise their families.

Interactive 3D Site Navigation (Aerial Master Plan)

The main innovation of this project was the integration of panoramic aerial photography with interactive hotspots. We created a visual 3D map of the complex, allowing future buyers to orient themselves on-site with a single click.
Users can independently switch between zones, such as the "West Residences Cluster," "Central Boulevard," "Decorative Pond," or appreciate the "City Night Skyline." This solution transforms the developer's standard website into an immersive virtual journey, holding the client's attention, significantly increasing time on the page, and converting visits into calls and sales office visits.
